It was a pleasant trip, and the places were very beautiful. I recommend it to everyone to visit, and a big thank you to the Arabic guide, Nari, who greatly benefited us with valuable historical information. By God, it was the first time we had heard of it, even though it was not my first visit to the city of Bursa. The visit is worthwhile, the activities are enjoyable, and the best thing is that they pick us up from the hotel and drop us off at the door at the end of the trip.
Bursa tour was one of our best enjoyable tour in Turkey, this our 4th tour booked with this travel company, and we are really satisfied well with them service, this week just we was find the snow saison finished so we Didn't saw the snow. Globally the tour was nice, enjoyable and tour guide is so helpful and smiley person his name Mehmet, Long day, full of Attractions but it deserve every sent we spend it on. Luch is acceptable but it have to be more early than 3pm because we get super hangry specially after a lot of activities as the ATV and the cable car... Thank you guys for the unforgettable moments
Top service. I really enjoyed the activity and the meal. The staff was very friendly, smiling and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Mohammad
Don't take this tour. Lost day. Not recommended at all. They pick us up at 8 am and we are two hours around Istanbul picking up people. In the activity I said we went some time by ferry but we are taken all the time by bus. At the first stop for a quad bike ride the bus parks in a bell and runs aground. We're half an hour late because they have to take him out with a bulldozer. After a 45min stop in a shop for us to buy different Turkish products we leave for the climb to the cable car which is another hour drive away. They take us to lunch after 5.30pm. From there they take us to another jam shop and we finally arrive in Bursa at night and right at the time of the prayer, so we do not see the green mosque either on the outside or inside. Alternatively we have the option to enter a souvenir shop again. From here we return to Istanbul, arriving at the hotel around 11pm, having been on the bus for about 10 hours.
It is a glorified shopping trip. We spent an hour at several tourist trap shops, where it was evident that tourist desire irrelevant (very Asia where they drive you to their vendors before where you want to go). The snow field we were given an hour tops, and all the timeframes in itinerary are not accurate. The tour part wasn't even talked about, and was we will stop here. Out of the 15 hours we had an hour and half of what we expected. No guided walk or discussion at all. The worst part of our four week holiday.
It was overall a good trip, I just thought there was a little too much emphasis at trying to sell us stuff at the various retail spots. Also beware of the quad bike stop, don't have any pictures taken, they will try to rip you off.
A great full day joyous trip. Manged properly only thing is the traffic of the Istanbul taking more time
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your day and that the trip was well organized. 😊 Unfortunately, Istanbul’s traffic can sometimes be unpredictable, but we’re glad it didn’t stop you from having a great experience. We hope to welcome you again soon for another wonderful adventure! TANITA ISTANBUL TRAVEL
1. Hotel pickup: We were, in fact, not picked up at our hotel, but instead had to walk 5/7 minutes to the truck. We were also 'picked up' approximately 25/30 minutes later than stipulated. 2. The tour guide does not have the level of English proficiency one would expect when working as a tour guide provider. 3. The tour guide (perhaps associated with their struggle to communicate effectively) was rude and impatient whenever anyone asked him a clarifying question regarding the itinerary. 4. The tour operator had clearly not done their homework, as they didn't inform the elderly guests that the cable car was not going to be operational, which meant that people with limited mobility were not able to go up the mountain. 5. Poor planning was pervasive from beginning to end. One of the worst parts of this tour was that they take you to average shops (where they receive a commission) and force you to stay there at each one for anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes. However, when you reach the actual relevant highlights of Bursa, such as the old three or the tombs, you are rushed to see them. As the title suggests, the only redeeming factor is that you don't have to figure out the transportation arrangements
The shuttle was comfortable but the pickup time alone took about 2 hours. We were given 30 minutes to explore the silk market, green mosque and green tomb when the activity page said about 2 hours for all three. The tour guide dropped us off without pointing us in the direction of the sites so definitely do your own background research before choosing this tour; there was little if any explanation about Bursa during the tour. A good tour for nature lovers and shoppers but not for those interested in history.
