The experience was amazing really like the waterfall and old city Senan was great guide really enjoyed the time and lovely old rown tour
Day good but booked waterfall AND cable car trip and they did NOT go to the cable car, which was one of the main reasons to take this trip
It was RUBBISH. It was supposed to be city sightseeing, including boat tour but turned out to be more of shopping tour where the tour guide supposedly get the commission from shops from our shopping. Trip to Waterfall dundee was only half an hour, followed by stopping at a silver shop nearly 1.5 hour, and leather shop. Most of the morning wasted for shopping! A couple left at lunch stop, couldn't be bothered to continue as how bad the itinerary was. The afternoon was the sightseeing in Antalya city centre, boat trip was cancelled. First stop was again.. a clothing shop in the market Don't bother to use them. Whole experience was more of a commission based sightseeing.
We recently enjoyed a tour with Levant, who was exceptional at explaining everything and made the tour very enjoyable with his great sense of humor. His jokes and insights truly added a special touch to the experience. The waterfalls we visited were absolutely lovely and a highlight of the tour. However, it was disappointing that there was no option for a cable car ride, as this was initially included in the tour package we booked. Despite this, Levant's engaging and fun approach made the day memorable. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the area with a knowledgeable and entertaining guide, but it's worth confirming the details of the itinerary beforehand.
Guide was good and we did like the cable car and boat experiences. We didn’t like the fact that we were told to wait at our hotel for pick up and had to run to a new meeting point in the morning. We didn’t want to go to shopping stops to buy anything but it is ok for others.
Spending very good time with lovely drivers and guides visiting nice places I had a lovely day thanks
Got picked from the hotel on time via a minibus that broke on the road but they areanged another bus and we continued. The tour guide was professional, friendly and explained a lot about the city. Everything was smooth and day well spent.
It started off really well with the lovely Furkan as our guide. Unfortunately he handed us over to someone else and from there things went downhill. It was probably not the guide's fault - I assume it is company policy to get customers to spend time in the ghastly "textile factory" where they are harassed to buy leather, sweets, jewellry etc. Not doubt your company gets a bit commission from this otherwise why waste our time?? I paid for a SIGHTSEEING trip. NOT a shopping with pushy, aggressive sales-assistants trip. We spent soooo much time in the so-called factory - well over an hour, that when we finally... made it to the cable-car, we were told that we could stay on the mountain for 15 minutes only. No time to drink, eat, buy souvenir or take photos. Only those who did not want to pay for the cable-car got to see anything of the old town. I thought the tour included a guided walk thu the old town, but no. Nothing like that. We were just ferried from one money-making tourist scam to another in a bus with faulty airconditioning I might add so that we were constantly hot and sweating. Even the so called boat tour of the old town involved NO commentary at all. Just a very aggressive photographer who insisted on putting a captains hat on the clients and forcing the to pose for photographs - even when they had politely said no thankyou. This went on for at least 30 minutes meanwhile we were not even offered drinks. Then, the boat just stopped for another 30 minutes not even moving obviously so that the photographer (I use the term loosely) could develop and frame in tacky frames the photos that half the people refused to take anyway. Not just a huge waste of time but also of resources... What happens to all those ghastly photo-plates that nobody buys?? They get thrown away presumably along with all the plastic straws used still in Turkey. My advice? take a taxi or public transport to the waterfall park and cable car and save your time, money and sanity.
Not recommended or immediately calculate double price. Pure rip-off, must pay everything extra with 7 people. How much do you pay in advance only for bus and lunch? Communication filled only with artificial intelligence. Communication is moderately referred only to the others. No solution. Rest of vacation spent only with writing without final clarification. No recommendation to turteka.com TripAdvisor and Excursion Market at all no solution.
Where do I start from??? First we were out on a coach with Inly Russians so the tour guide spoke just Russian, secondly they decided the package didn’t include the cable car even though it was clearly stated as included on the ticket. So a ‘’ full day tour “ was over in 3 hours!
