Its better to book online but we struggled on this occasion since the frost Siam guys said we have not received the confirmation from Viator and it took us 35 minutes to get the tickets. This could be because we booked online just one day before, but we still had the confirmation from viator. Other than that, 35 minutes wait which with senior citizen and wheel chair traveler was challenging. rest all good. do remember to buy gloves as its very chilling inside. they provide shoes at cost at the venue.
