From Tirana: Berat City UNESCO site and Belshi Lake Private Tour

A great day out with lovely views and scenery. Our guide Ervin was very caring, considerate and knowledgeable. Good mix of free time and guided tour and the food he recommended us in the Mangalem quarters was delicious.

I consider myself very lucky because not only did I get to visit such a beautiful city for the first time, but I also had the chance to meet such a wonderful person and such a professional guide as Ervin.No matter how many trips I take in the future, this one will always be at the top.Not only because the places I visited but because of how happy and comfortable I felt throughout the trip with my guide.💜I dont usually write reviews but this trip truly deserved one.Ervin greeted me with a handshake in the morning and welcomed me inside of the bus. Instead of being repetitive with infos like every guide he started to explain everything we saw along the way very patiently and calm. I followed him around like a little cat all day asking him endless questions and he always answered with patience and smiley face🤭😊. His voice was so calm and relaxing and I never got bored throughout the trip all time i was excited to talk more and more with him. Transport was very good also air conditioner but the best of the best was my guide Ervin. I highly recommend this tour I enjoyed every minute from the beginning to the end and I would do it a hundred more times. Thank you Ervin 💜🫂

We had such a great day visiting Berat and Belshi Lake! From the start, our guide was super friendly and explained everything in such an interesting way that we really enjoyed learning about the places we visited. The transportation was clean, and we felt safe the whole time thanks to our great driver. We also really loved having some free time to explore the cities at our own pace, which made the day even more enjoyable. The pickup was easy, and our guide always greeted us with a smile. Overall, we had an amazing day and will definitely remember this experience for a long time. Thanks again:))

Excellent tour with informative guide who provided a great understanding of Albanian history and culture.

A personal tour with Daniel, our guide, stopping at Belshi Lake for coffee and ice cream. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained the history, customs and legends of Albania. The second stop was at Berat Castle a UNESCO site. Following Daniel's guided tour we had some time to ourselves to visit the museum of Onufri. There were excellent views across the Osum River to the Tomorri Mountains. From here were driven down to Berat where we had three hours free time for lunch and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.

Our guide, Daniel, provided us with a passionate review of history with pride, humor, many details and great story telling making our journey to Berat the most enjoyable aspect of our day. Berat castle and city of 1,000 windows is worth a visit but without the lore that Daniel was able to tell us, I doubt I would’ve been as intrigued. Our guide also gave us excellent recommendations for delicious traditional Albanian cuisine in Berat. Highly recommend!

A full day trip, 9am- 6pm, only 3 of us tourists in a private air-conditioned car with our driver/guide Daniel. We drove to the lake stop where we had coffee and yummy pastry snacks . Then on to Berat Castle and then Berat itself where we had a couple of hours before the return trip through the stunning Albanian countryside. Daniel explained Albania’s history in detail, fascinating, we learned a lot. Benefits of a “ private tour” include no multi- hotel pick ups, no waiting for people, no inability to hear the guide properly…. A super day out, thank you Tiffany Travel !
