What a surprise of Puebla.

They told me wonders of the city of Puebla, and there were so many people who told me, that I decided to take a family trip, The magical towns around Puebla, are beautiful, but the city of Puebla, VERY DISAPPOINTING, in the historic center, is made a tremendous dump, smells fetid by all the corridors, and the rude people, it is a shame the terrible abandonment and dirty that some churches are found.I spent 6 days visiting, zacatlan of the apples, cholula, valkyric, atlixco, very beautiful. But the horrible capital.

Operator response

Saludos cordiales,

Not worth the price point

Not worth booking this tour always a " weather issue " which gives them the advantage of replacing your tour with a " better or same option ". They took us around the city, half of the spots we had already visited on our own. Tour guide was nice but not worth 125/person. Take a taxi and walk around on your own. Contacted customer service and they refunded me 2$ / ticket for 6 adults. Complete joke, never again

Operator response

Dear Adam, We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. On the day of your tour, the Secret Tunnels of Puebla remained closed for safety reasons due to the recent heavy rains, a situation completely beyond our control. However, we offered an alternative route and a partial refund corresponding to the unused entrance fees, in accordance with the site provider’s policy. We always strive to deliver complete, safe, and high-quality experiences. We regret that this unforeseen event affected your perception of the service, and we will take your comments into account to continue improving. We truly appreciate your visit and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future to offer you an experience that truly reflects what Unlimited Experiences stands for. Warm regards, Unlimited Experiences Team
