The Quicksilver 2-Hour Sunset Dinner Cruise offers five main course meal options. Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs. For starters, Caesar salad with homemade buttery croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and warm breadsticks. The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert double-layer chocolate cake and New York style cheesecake.

The crew were amazing. Boat was very clean. We had seats in front and had a great view. We even saw a pod of whales…an added event! The food was absolutely the best. We had prime rib and it was prepared perfect. Definitely recommend this sunset dinner cruise.

My family had fun on this cruise. The food was pretty good and the drinks were flowing. The weather was cloudy so we didn’t get to see the sunset but we saw so many whales which was amazing. You would have thought this was a whale watching tour. There was an on boat photography if you wanted to buy professional shots but the views were also so nice for personal pics. My only critique was that the indie music didn’t fit the vibe of the cruise. We were hoping for some more upbeat music or Hawaiian songs. Overall this was a fun night out.
