Excellent day out. We climbed the steps to the dambulla caves and was so worth it. Loads of Buddhas and history to see. Saw the sigaria rock and did the village safari. What a lovely experience taking part in the traditional way of cooking and the food was the best in Sri Lanka. Little boat ride with more views of the rock. Janaka our guide was sooooo nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. We used him again for more trips because of the wonderful experience that he gave us. Can not recommend enough.
