We had a great day with our guide and driver Mikey who gave us interesting information about Slovakia. This comprehensive tour starts early in the morning and ends late, but it’s definitely worth it to discover Slovakia’s wonderful villages, landscapes and castles outside the city. The time spent at each stage was perfect for allowing time to take pictures, walk around, do some shopping and eat. In addition, Mikey was punctual and precise on the start/finish meeting point. The minibus of maximum 8 people was comfortable.
Firstly Michel was a good guide and driver but overall i can't recommend the tour due to amount of driving. The timings shown for this tour do not add up. Even though we skipped Orava castle due to its closure the tour was still 14 hours and we only got half hour in the mountains and not the two stated. The lake and mountains are beautiful but we drove 2.15 hrs there from Bojnice for a half an hour stop and then over 3 hrs back to Bratislava which was crazy.
