Description
Convenience, joy, lots of interesting information, and unforgettable memories, are some of the things you should expect during this day! A pick-up service, from your hotel in Antalya, is included in the price. The tour begins before the down, in order to be in Pamukkale just in time for the hot air balloon. Before the flight, you will meet the pilots and listen to some important information. The flight takes place during the sunrise, so expect to witness spectacular panoramic views of the sites, washed with the warm colours of the sun. Upon landing, a small celebration follows, during which, you will receive a flight certificate and toast a glass of champagne.

During the early morning hours, a bus will pick you up from your hotel in Antalya. Approximate pick up time and further details are given upon booking.
As the road trip takes around three hours, take your time to relax in the comfortable bus or observe the views. A professional tour guide will be with you during the day, so feel free to ask anything you might want to know about the schedule or Pamukkale in general. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a breakfast and relax for a while.
Upon arrival in Pamukkale, a balloon flight follows. Professional pilots will explain everything you need to know about this experience. You may also watch them filling the balloon with hot air and snap some pictures during the process. As the balloon starts rising above the ground, you can expect to feel the first adrenaline boosts. The flight is slow and smooth, allowing you to get the best views. More precisely, during the flight, you can spot the main sites in Pamukkale, the Cotton Castle and the ancient city of Hierapolis. The most breath-taking moment, however, is the sunrise. Once the sun starts to rise, the warm colour palette will fill be a feast for your eyes as it reflects on the ground and on the sites.
The flight finishes with a short celebration during which you will toast a glass of champagne and feel proud for your participation. After that, you will have some time to visit the infamous Cotton Castle, the antique thermal pool that is also famous as the Cleopatra’s pool, and the ancient city of Hierapolis. The tour guide will provide interesting and important information about the sites.
After your exploration, and before leaving Pamukkale, the guide will take you to a local restaurant, where you will have a delicious lunch. The lunch is included in the price of this tour.
This full-day tour finishes during the afternoon, when the bus drops you off at your hotel in Antalya.
All guests are transferred to the point where they were picked up.

We were so excited about Pamukkale, but we were bitterly disappointed. After a puncture with a burst tire with interruption of up to 2 hours, our driver and the tour guide in Hierapolis abandoned us at a church for 3 hours. Audio guides were not available, although it should be included in the price. After lunch, the return trip to Antalya should start. We had to beg in tears that we got at least 30 minutes left , including a ride to see the limestone terraces in Pamukkale. In severe heat of 37 degrees we had only 20 minutes to see Pamukkale. That's just too little time. The tour guide Ibrahim was very unfriendly and at times even cheeky. No audio guides and no further information about history and Pamukkale. We -6 people- can not recommend this trip and would not book this again because we had to pay another 30 € per person on site for 20 min Pamukkale admission. Hands off this offer. Pamukkale is very nice, but 20 min is just too little.

This was overall an excellent trip to Pamukkale. The tour was in a clean and well air-conditioned minibus. The driver picked us up from the pickup point at exactly the designated time. Our guide, Apo, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the areas that we visited. He provided excellent directions and tips throughout the trip. We were not sure if the hot air balloon ride was worth it, but we are glad that we chose this option as this was the best part of the entire trip. Our trip was exactly as detailed, except for the cleopatra pool, which unfortunately was closed due to maintenance on that day. So, I recommend that you ask about the status of the attractions before reserving the event.

We had an amazing time and it was well coordinated by Eric, to the bus driver being amazing and the tour guide being extra helpful. Everyone was nice and we really enjoyed everything from it. 100/100 recommend!

We made the hot air balloons, the view was top! The small downside is that we are quite tight between us. Then we have free area to visit Hierapolis. We were able to test the hot springs and see the theater! But we couldn’t enjoy Cleopatra’s baths because they are under construction until June-July. Be careful the hot springs are no longer like the pictures but it is a place to visit anyway:) We took a lot of pictures.

The tour to Pamukalle was amazing. 🤩 the tour guides looked after the guests very well. They explained everything about the culture in Turkey. The Baloon ride was just excellent. Such a lovely tour operated by the team. The pickup was communicated well in advance and they were at the hotel on the dot. The journey was on a semi-luxury bus, comfortable enough for the 200+kms each way to travel. The complete itinerary was adhered to the schedule and was also completed and dropped back on time Highly recommend booking with this team!
