Service was very punctual. New and comfortable bus. Friendly guide, but for us, the English was too fast in explaining the route to Alicante.
We did 3 trips with Cathy - an excellent guide, very personable and full of fun facts. Alicante was amazing, Calpe was really lovely with the old town and the port (eat at Draculas, the portions are huge} Tabarca was a new excursion and well worth the money, such a lot to see. All the trips are very well organized, on time and never any hassle. Definitely recommended.
The option was given to learn about this town on a reasonably priced walking your. Advice given about advice given about a castle visit was spot on and the pick up and drop off area was excellent. Betsy was a kind and organised guide without being pushy. She gave us information about other towns we passed through. Her bus was well organised with uour seat number saving a mess of who you were sitting next too. You could enjoy yourself with family and chat to them. It’s a multi language tour therefor it was much better being able to discuss and share the trip with people you chose to visit it with. Well done Betsy x
We were not able to make the excursion because the meeting point was not clear at all. Nobody called us to find out where we were. Lamentable service.
I am very sorry that you did not join our excursion to Alicante, but you were not at the meeting point at the time when the bus departed. The tour option you booked was from Albir: Albir Playa hotel and yet you were waiting at the Pizza-4-U in Albir?which is not one of our pickup points or your joining instructions. You were offered the oportunity to take a taxi to meet our coach at a later departure point and refused. We cannot be held responsible for personal mistakes made by passengers who do not follow joining instructions correctly.
Well organised trip. Tour guide was very informative and we got to see places we wouldn't have if on our own. Needed more time to stay in Alicante. Length of travel was a bit long to get to Alicante but quicker coming back . All in all a good day.
Coach trip to Alicante. Lots of information given on the regarding things to do and see Betsy and the driver were great
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. Alicante is a beautiful city with lots to see and do and sadly gets overlooked as a place to visit by people staying on the Costa Blanca. Please come back and see us again very soon.

The excursion was organized very well. The guide was excellent. I took part in 6 of yout excursions and they were all great. Travelling solo I always found nice company, English people are sociable. The excursions are educational and still there is also free time to explore. Thank you. This was my first trip to Spain, but not the last. Keep up the good work.
