Do not pick this “tour.” The booking code did not open the tour in the app and there was no way to do it. There was an option that said “speak to a Human” for help with app but it was just a link to send an email that was never answered. There was no tour and no response ever to the email for help. I should get a full refund because I paid for nothing at all.
I am so sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience and that your help email wasn't answered. This is definitely not the experience we want to provide. I personally checked your booking, and discovered that you activated quest for your gmail address, but then logged in the app with Apple ID. I am sorry, but that doesn't make us a scam. We mention clearly to use the same email in the app, and you didn't. If you still want to play, just edit your email in the app.
What a great way to explore a city! We spent a very enjoyable 2 hours on the quest looking for clues and following the trail. Highly recommended by us.
Fun cheap experience to do with your kid, get to see around while finding the spots and get to exercise too to walk about 2 hours 😊 a little hard to find one spot but it was good after all.

Great experience for a first timer! We came into the city not knowing what we should do and found this activity. It was very fun and exposed us to some very neat parts of the city.

The challenges were engaging. We loved the path that led us throughout the area and the historical information about each location. We probably looked like crazy people, literally running around doing the challenges but it was so us and we loved it. It also allowed us to make pit stops for food and snacks since it was self guided.

I bought this, and when i tried to connect to play and look around Frankfurt, it wouldn't work. Tried contacting support, they were helpful, but the game still said it had been used. Wasted my money and gave up trying

The story took place in the 15th century and the wanted persons were from the 18th + 19th century?? That irritated and didn't really fit. Well, and for a group of adults it was "too easy," we expected tricky tasks. But the explanations to the places was well done and informative, hence 3 points.
