Frankfurt Highlights English Walking Tour

Description
We are the #1 tour in Frankfurt for many reasons, but mainly our passion and desire to make your visit here memorable. We want you to wish you had more time in Frankfurt! Our professional, English-speaking guides tell you unique stories while showing you this historic and beautiful city. We believe the only way to see Frankfurt is on foot where you can enter buildings and see where history was made. We show you places the tour buses can't. The list of our stops is not in any particular order and may vary a bit due to events in the city or holidays. If one site is closed (like on Sundays), we may add another special site. It is an easy 3 hour walk, with comfort breaks, snack break, and is stroller and wheelchair friendly. Private tours & group tours available by request when you visit our website, where you can also book our Daily Tour. We answer emails promptly.

Our tour guide Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. She speaks perfect English and is a pleasure to listen to. She is an expert on history and told us several wonderful stories about the different things that she showed us along the way. It was the best walking tour that I have ever taken. Many thanks Jennifer.
You will hear the following extremely interesting / amusing stories (that are not available on Google) in this tour : 1. Having Steak for dinner 2. Renting out your 'Windows' to the public to see the King. 3. Buying and selling of Debt bonds and the beginning of 'Debt Restructuring' . 4. Buying back your own plot of ancestral land from the govt 5. Why rich patricians sponsored Frescos on church walls . etc etc etc etc. Many many many other stories and a visit to the Jewish area. Nice tour. Enjoyed it.
The tour was very good and we really enjoyed it 👌🇩🇪. Hannes, our guide, was awesome providing historical, political and educational aspects of the tour. Would recommend this tour to anyone 👌🇩🇪👍😍
Ulla was an amazing guide! Answered so many questions and is passionate about Frankfurt.
Anne was wonderful! She was very attentive to our needs on what was a very hot day and made every effort to accommodate every member of the tour group. She was very knowledgeable of the city, and as a native English speaker was able to communicate nuances that are sometimes lost in translation. I highly recommend!
We’ve been on a few walking tours and this was probably a good mix of everything: culture, history, architecture, anecdotes, local recommendations. Our guide Anne was hospitable and personable, attending to our questions. We liked her bubbliness and enthusiasm, which was felt in her town and storytelling. We got to understand the old town from a different perspective and learned about the history of the place, just enough to appreciate our next few days a little more. Thank you!
Anne was an amazing tour guide. It was during heat wave and she was conscientious about shade. Very informative with history from the Early Roman Empire through current including the sobering actions in Frankfurt during the Holocaust. It’s a full three hours and learned a lot. Enjoyed the time.
It’s a great walking tour of Frankfurt! And we’re lucky to have knowledgeable Jennifer as our guide. Highly recommended tour!
Jennifer was AWESOME!! She showed us a lot of very important sites in Frankfurt. She is very passionate about the city and it shows.
Jennifer was a great guide, very engaging and knowledgeable…and thankfully there wasn’t as much walking as I expected for a 3hr tour (insert Gilligan’s Island joke here)…Don’t get me wrong, there was plenty of walking, but it wasn’t bad at all…Definitely do this tour to start your trip, rather than doing it on your last day (like I did).
