Focaccia and Dessert Cooking Class

Elena was the perfect teacher, showing us tried and trusted techniques with lots of positive energy and fun. Highly recommend!! Both the Foccaccia and Tirimasu turned out really well!!

We loved this experience! We learned a lot and the bread was delicious. The setup was perfect, so well laid out. Two lovely sisters who were so warm and funny. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed cooking with our host! Loved that it was just my husband & I. She was a great teacher; she shared techniques that she learned from her Nonna. The food was delicious that we ate after the class. Would love to have the recipes!! Would definitely recommend when in Lecce.

Great experience! We took the focaccia and tiramisu course and loved our experience. The rhythm was good and the explanations were clear! We learned by having a lot of fun! The tasting of our masterpieces afterwards, accompanied by good wine, was also highly appreciated!! Welcoming of the 2 cousins was very friendly and .... What more can I say: THANK YOU!!! 👌

Very nice workshop. We were there with our two teenagers who also found it very successful. Everything was explained clearly and with enthusiasm, and while baking the focaccias we got delicious wine (children a soda of course) and tasty snacks. We will definitely try both recipes at home. Recommended!

This was a great choice. Very good tour with lots of interesting new ways to cook a classic. Our host was lovely and we had many laughs. We felt at home. Great-highly recommend.

This was the highlight of our trip! The class was perfect for us, not too rushed or slow. Our chef expertly walked us through the recipes, making everything fun and understandable. At the end we enjoyed absolutely amazing focaccia and delectable tiramisu over a glass of wine. We highly recommend it, so much so that we're making it at home again this weekend!

Our family took the focaccia & tiramisu cooking class. Our teenage boys loved it. After we were done with the cooking, we enjoyed a lovely lunch sipping wine and eating our deliciously prepared food.
