Terrible service. The taxi arrived at our hotel at 9:15 for a 9 30 pickup. We were dropped off at the airport with no one to greet us, no idea of our flight number or time and no response from chat, calls, and no practical help from Viator.

I traveled with my partner to Nasca and we booked the flight and the visit to the archaeological center of Cahuachi with them. What we liked the most, aside from the landscapes which are incredible, was how well we were treated. The team is super hospitable, punctual, and they make you feel comfortable from the very first minute. The flight was very well organized, and the guide in Cahuachi explained everything with a lot of patience and good energy. If you are looking to do these tours without complications and with trustworthy people, I recommend this company with my eyes closed.
