Amazing experience the hosts were awesome definitely a 10 out of 10 as I am afraid of heights they made everything comfortable and the steak was great and the view was incredible must try
Okay, I don't mind heights, but this challenged me, LOL. It's a thrill, a vibe, and very safe. The seats and safety gear are high quality. The food, however, is tasty but nothing outstanding, more so a regular outdoor cookout type quality. The experience mainly is from the height, the music that's played, the vibe, the view (OMG, what a view!), and the dessert.
Being our first time in Puerto Rico and experiencing this type of setting for the first time was definitely a gag. The food was tasty the drinks were good. We drank at the bar downstairs before being seated which set the mood and then when we went up it was def an experience. I would do again 1000%
Amazing experiences and food. If you afraid of height dont waste your money. Use the bathroom before arriving. Bathroom disgusting due to water shortage
The women's bathrooms were inoperable & utterly disgusting! There were 5 stalls, 2 were locked from the inside because they were full of feces, 1 was full of feces, 1 was full of urine & 1 had no tissue. Apparently they were experiencing a problem with the water so the toilets wouldn't flush, but even more reason to just shut them down & notify costumers accordingly. The men's bathrooms only had urinals working. To make matters worse, our reservation was @ 5:30 pm & we didn't get in the air until 7:20! We weren't given an update the entire time we were waiting & when we inquiired we were told it was due to them having to switch out the crane. We didn't receive anything for our inconvenience, not even apology!!! The food was good but not worth all the inconvenience we experienced.

Food was great. this was an interesting experience. While it was fun and all, not sure that I would do it again. Happy to experience it once though.
The process and food was incredible! Staff was very friendly and easy to chat with. Even with a fear of heights, you feel secure. They ease you into the ride up. The wind was probably the only unpredictable part but the service was still great alongside good drinks!
