It took me a while to figure out which app to download in order to listen to the audio guide. But then I received a detailed email with instructions. Thank you. The tour was very varied and informative with many points of interest. August in Florence is very busy, so much of the walk was more like a shuffle which made it very tiring. The audio was good with just the right amount of detail. We hit the cathedral at its busiest time, so we came back to this later in the day when the queues had quietened down. I’m very much in favour of a self guided walking tour with audio so I can take my time working my way round the route and know that I’m going to see the highlights of the city.
