- It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry
- To confirm a booking the following details are mandatory for all the participants: First Name – Last Name – Date of Birth – Passport/ID Nr – A valid mobile phone number (*that shall be able to receive communication while in Italy) – Email address (*that the client is able to check while in Italy) In the event, that one or more details are missing, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.
- It is mandatory to present an original identity document.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
- If Selected: Official Uffizi Gallery Admission: Adults (18+): €29.00, Reduced Rate (18–25 EU): €2.00, and Free (0–17): €0.00. Additional fees cover the tour guide service, on-site assistance, ticket purchase, agency booking fees, customer service.

A rip off! My tickets were not emailed or texted, despite getting to my meeting point early and reaching out multiple times.

We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed by your experience; however, we would like to clarify that what is described in the review does not reflect what actually occurred. You provided your direct contact details, but without specifying your preferred method for receiving the tickets. The train tickets were therefore sent via WhatsApp, successfully and without any delivery issues or error notifications. Please note that when a customer does not have WhatsApp, our system automatically reports this and prevents documents from being sent; in this case, no such alert was generated. Had you contacted our offices on Saturday afternoon, our staff would have been able to resend the tickets immediately. Unfortunately, your call was received on Sunday morning at 6:00 a.m., shortly before departure time and while our offices were still closed. Remaining at your disposal, Warm regards from Florence
This is more of a travel service than a tour, they get you your tickets but nothing else. (Which is fine, but good to know). The tickets are timed entry, not skip the line. Show up 30 minutes early to get in the line for your timed entry.
