Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm

We LOVED this experience! Eleonora, Antonio and Stefania were absolutely wonderful. They truly made this class so fun and entertaining. The dishes we made were delicious, and are things we can easily make at home (will definitely need some practice lol). The family style meal at the end of the class was such a nice way to finish off the experience. We got to chat with people from all over, and we felt like we left with new friends. Highly, highly recommend this experience!!

My friend and I took this day trip from Florence, and it was the absolute highlight of our time in Tuscany! The farmhouse is nestled in the stunning Tuscan hills, surrounded by endless vineyards and olive groves—the scenery alone is worth it. The hands-on cooking class was incredible. We learned the secrets to making authentic, crispy wood-fired pizza and fresh handmade pasta from scratch using traditional family recipes. But the real star was making our own Gelato with fresh, local ingredients; the texture was so creamy and delicious! To top it all off, we got to enjoy our homemade feast paired with the farm’s own Chianti wine overlooking the hills. An unforgettable, mouthwatering experience with a friend!

We had an excellent time making pasta and gelato in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The hosts and chefs were awesome, and made cooking from scratch feel easy and accessible. Afterwards, they send you all the recipes. Highly recommend!

Max, Arla and Titiano were excellent hosts, and seemed to be genuinely having a good time entertaining their guests. They created space for us to meet new people, while making sure the entire group succeeded, regardless of skill level. I enjoyed the property, the well appointed estate and all its views during the entire experience. They provided clear directions on how to initially find the tour group at the train station. Gaia was friendly and helpful at leading the group to the tour bus and set the tone for the rest of the trip. The entire staff were outstanding. I felt like, if I lived here, I could be friends with any of them. I’m not sure what made my wife pick this tour above other options, but I’m glad she did. Thank you.

We missed the bus to the farm, but caught a cab and beat the bus! We were greeted with cold beer & wine! The people working there were so fun and helpful! Making the galato was fun and it turned out so great! You got to try everyone’s flavors! Our pizza was so good! I highly recommend this super fun experience!

We learned how to make two different types of pasta, gelato and pesto. There were enough staff members to demonstrate and then, assist with the tasks. Everything was very well-organized and the day flowed at a comfortable pace. Angela, Luca, Carmella, Camila and Aurora were the best! We also appreciated the skill of our coach driver and other employees at the farm.

This is without a doubt a memorable highlight of our 15 days in Italy. The hosts and other guests were great. The 4 of us each loved it, but their inclusion of my 12 year old grandson in their process was especially appreciated! Bravo!

This experience was one of our kids favorite ones on the trip. We met near the train station and were wisked off to Chianti. Upon arrival they had wine waiting for us, but the two guides on the bus were great at filling the first part of the trip energy and education on what we were going to be doing. We got there and were shown how to make pasta - flour and and egg. Then we went to the cooking area and all started doing it ourselves. I'd never realized how simple it is to make pasta. I'll definitly do this when I get back to the US. Then we made fresh pesto, which again, was also pretty simple. Lastly we made Gelato. Our kids enjoyed picking their own flavors and the for the grand finale, we got to eat an amazing meal in a beautful outdoor setting. Afterwards we were full and ready to get back to our place. The entire experiece was well done and well thought out. Highly reccomend for families or couples.
