We really enjoyed it! It was a pleasure. We made pasta from scratch and then we ate it, so delicious!
We had so much making pasta! Sam was super helpful and friendly and made the whole experience extra special. We made two different kinds of pasta, long tagliatelle and ravioli stuffed with spinach and cheese. Then the chef prepared our pasta with two different sauces. We also had wine! Lots of it too. We also helped with making a delicious tiramisu. I normally don’t eat it but it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this tour!
This experience was great fun and a very welcome opportunity to have a good reason to escape the July heat of Florence, and visiting the many museums and churches. Topping off the experience with lunch was perfect timing
We all enjoyed learning to make pasta and tiramisu and the food was delicous. Great fun and Chef Kevin was great!
Kevin’s cooking class was a fabulous experience, and it’s in a historic building—Napoleon Bonaparte’a stables! Kevin (the owner and chef) was very friendly and clear in his instructions with the group, assisting everyone as needed at different steps while making two different pastas and tiramisu. This was such an enjoyable class that I highly recommend, and that’s after previously taking a cooking class in Florence that I thought I liked. When I return, I’ll be sure to take other classes offered through them!
The chef was fun and the class was great but the heat was a little unbearable. It was during a heat wave and we baked as well as the pasta.
Sam was wonderful!! My family had such a great time! The aprons gave us a laugh and the food was great. We learned so much about the origins of food and proper preparation. It was a wonderful evening! I would highly recommend. two types of pasta and tiramisu were filling.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class! Our chef was awesome and the finished food for lunch turned out great!
Excellent chef and perfect accommodations. We made two different kinds of pasta and tiramisu. Instructions were clear, easy to follow and just a lot of fun. The only thing is they did not offer us any aprons at the end.
This was such a fun experience! The chef Raffa made it worth every penny! And we loved the entire thing!
