The voucher listed Palazzo Pitti and Vecchio. Even after emailing for the meeting location, it was incorrect. Once we arrived, it was a very good visit

The tour “guide” gave us our tickets and said go. He had no instructions for us. We had to download an audio tour that didn’t sync with where we were told by the museum attendants to start. We gave up and did the tour with nothing. Waste of time and money. Do not use this tour service.
