Florence: Fresh Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class +Lots of Good Wine

Description
This is not a “watch and copy” cooking class—it’s a chef-led, technique-first experience designed to give you results you can recreate at home. You’ll learn the small details most classes skip: how pasta dough should feel at each stage, how thin to roll it, how to seal ravioli cleanly, and how to build a tiramisu that stays silky and stable. Our chefs guide you with personal checkpoints throughout the class, keeping it hands-on, clear, and enjoyable—whether it’s your first time or you love to cook. Ingredients are fresh and local, the atmosphere is warm and refined, and dietary needs (including gluten-free options) can be accommodated. You’ll finish by sitting down to enjoy your meal together, paired with good wine—leaving Florence with real skills, not just photos.

Amazing team. Competent and happy. It is very fun. The food for sure really nice. The chef really connected with the experience
Very fun experience! We had great fun making parpadelle and ravioli. Chef/ teacher was very energetic and added to the experience! Would suggest they invest in fly traps as there were lots flying about. At times it was a little dysfunctional… wine wasn’t served, and clean glasses etc. not provided.
We were a family of 14 and the course pleased everyone. Our teacher was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.
Super fun , Chef was fabulous & most importantly, we made the best pasta of my entire life. Still thinking about it 2 weeks later!
Experience was excellent, I took my family with two kids 13 and 15 and everyone had a great time. Food and teacher were excellent.
This was an excellent experience. The class was not rushed, and we enjoyed a very relaxed atmosphere. We were a little worried if our kids (10 and 13) would get much out of the experience, but they both said this was one of their favorite experiences of their entire trip to Italy.
This was a fun class that taught the basics of pasta making! We made our own dough, rolled it out, and shaped the pasta. The cooks then cooked it for us and made the sauce. Delicious!!!
Sam was our chef. She was awesome. My kids (11/14) loved the class. They did well and Sam was wonderful with them.
A truly great tour! The explanations about the production of pasta and tiramisu were very interesting and understandable. It was a lot of fun to try out the individual steps myself. The food was excellent, and it was especially nice that we could enjoy the homemade pasta right afterward. There was plenty of wine, which perfectly rounded off the relaxed and sociable atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!
Very fun cooking class with a great instructor! Sam made it very informative and entertaining! The ravioli and tiramisu turned out delicious.
