The ticket did not work; it could not be processed at the counter. According to the staff, I was not registered, and I had to buy two additional tickets to see the Boboli Garden.

The Boboli gardens were beautiful. So vast and amazing, so many interesting parts of the garden to explore. With views over all of Florence and amazing views of Pritti Palace. Well worth it!
Dear Melanie W, Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring the beautiful Boboli Gardens and taking in the stunning views of Florence and Pitti Palace. It’s great to know that the gardens exceeded your expectations and made your visit worthwhile. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to assist you again on your future travels.
The gardens have repairs & scaffold all over. Fountain was not running and being repaired. It’s essentially a steep walk through hedges. We left 15 minutes into the tour. Sucks, don’t waste your money.
Dear Stephanie B, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. As part of a long-term conservation initiative, the Boboli Gardens are currently undergoing a restoration, which may result in certain areas being temporarily inaccessible. This information is mentioned in the booking details.
Ordered tickets thru viator, paid and my card was charged. The tickets were never delivered and even after emails they sent confirming purchase. I went to download and no download. Called the tour operator who to no surprise is in India. No one picked up and I kept getting disconnected. Just go and buy the tickets at gate. Tickets are $15 per person. No tour guide needed. Each exhibit has a unique biography noted in front of it. The place is beautiful but buyer beware. You do NOT need a tour.
Dear Desiree P Thanks for your feedback, we are sorry to hear this, the tickets were shared as a pdf attachment as well on your WhatsApp, we are sorry to hear that you missed checking the same.
I didn’t realize the whole property was under construction. Also, if they would add benches to rest and more exit signs, it would make it easier for those that can’t walk as far. I’m sure it is beautiful when it isn’t under construction
Dear Denise B, Thanks for your feedback, We are glad you had a nice time at the Gardens, we are sorry about your experience we will make it easier for future & pass on your feedback to the Boboli gardens.
