- The lessons are in English but the staff also speaks Italian and understands a little Spanish.
- The classes are mixed with people from all ethnicities, religions and genders. Respect for everyone ♥️
- Hygiene is important. We give advice (remove rings, tie up long hair, don't use smartphones, wash your hands, etc.). It's common sense to behave well because you eat everyone's pasta. However, any food is cooked above 100 degrees centigrade.

This was incredible experience. The chef has a gift for making everything fun . Even our grumpy kid was crying laughing. . We danced, sing and laughed. Truly we all agreed that was our highlight of Florence . Highly recommended.
We booked this last minute and had the best afternoon. So family friendly; fun and informative. We all loved it and met some lovely people - we can’t wait to go home and make our own pasta!! Giulio was an outstanding host - hilarious; and an amazing chef!!
What an amazing experience! This pasta-making class in Florence was an absolute blast from start to finish. Our instructor was fantastic — funny, engaging, and clearly passionate about teaching the art of homemade pasta. He made the whole class feel relaxed and entertaining, while still teaching us real techniques we can actually use at home. If you’re visiting Florence and want a fun, hands-on way to connect with Italian culinary tradition, I can’t recommend this class enough. Great food, great laughs, and a great instructor — highly recommend!
Amazing experience! Giulio creates this amazing atmosphere that makes you feel like at a friend’s place, at ease, surrounded by laughs, jokes and having great time. We plan to come again next time we are in Florence. Even my two teenagers were in awe and loved the experience. Tiramisu included.
Giulio is a very special chef. Everything tastes just perfect, but it wasn’t just about the perfect taste. Our experience was lovely show with beautiful energy. We just laugh from the start to the end. Definitely coming BACK! Thank you, love you ❤️❤️
We booked this the day before the class on a whim. We didn’t expect it to be one of the highlights of a week long holiday. Giulio was so fun to be around, he was respectful, funny, exciting and interesting. The whole experience was a fantastic memory and you’d be honestly missing out on a wonderful experience by not booking an afternoon learning how to make some lovely pasta. Oh, and the extremely fair price not only includes memories and fun, it also includes a meal (that you made) and some wine. 10/10, we highly recommend.

If I could give Giulio six stars I would! He is so incredibly passionate about his craft, and it shows in every detail. We made the most delicious pasta, and his tiramisu was pure heaven, absolutely to die for!!! But the best part was the atmosphere, we had so many laughs and Giulio kept us entertained with his incredible singing. It felt less like a standard cooking class and more like hanging out with an old friend. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! :)
