Good tour, but very quick. The tour was good and we went straight in to see David, which was the main reason we booked it. The guide explained David and pointed out a few other notable pieces of art along the way, but overall, it was a very quick tour. The tour lasted exactly one hour. At the end, we returned our headsets and the guided portion was finished. Since we were already inside the museum, we were able to go back through the other galleries on our own and take our time exploring, which was actually a nice benefit. Overall, the tour did exactly what we expected—it got us in, provided some background on David and a few other works, and allowed us plenty of time afterward to explore the museum independently.
We visited David several years ago on our own, but decided to do a hosted tour on our most recent visit. Margret our host was fabulous. So much knowledge and insight that we missed on our 1st visit. It was also great to skip the main queue with our guide. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and very knowledgeable guide. The hour tour was perfect for our family and just enough to see the highlights. This was a true “skip-the-line” and I was grateful for that - the regular line was very long! Definitely worth it and I learned a lot of history in just an hour!

We had a great experience. The meeting location was easy to find, and the check-in process was easy. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the museum and provided a tour that felt thorough and well-timed. We enjoyed it very much and will book other tours with them in the future.

We had a tour of the Accademia to see the statue of David, then walking along some of the best Florence sights, to the Uffizi Gallery. The tour itself was lovely and our guide, Sylvia, was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, entertaining, kind. You meet up at the tour office and that was an experience. It seemed very thrown together compared to other offices we encountered in Italy. Water vending machines, weird tchotchkes, a bathroom. It was off-putting.

Regarding our office which you found so "off putting" we provide that space as a courtesy to our guests. While most tour operators in Florence don’t even bother keeping an office, leaving their clients to bake outside in the blistering sun, we choose to provide a comfortable, air conditioned waiting area. We are genuinely surprised that having access to a restroom, cold water vending machines, and some souvenirs before a long walking tour could be seen as a negative.
