Head now to Salento. Salento is the oldest town in this region and it is framed by the national tree, the Wax Palm Tree, and a ton of tourist spots and towns, besides the coffee landscape. Here, you will be able to walk around Calle Real and the square to see the traditional houses with their colorful facades and balconies. You will also stop at some viewpoints and take some time just to enjoy the place. You will have time to have something to eat.
After a full experience in the heart of the Coffee Triangle, and having some time to take pictures or get yourself some souvenirs, you will be driven back to your hotel.
Depending on where you are staying, our driver will pick you up and you will head to Filandia, the first town, to start this cultural tour around the typical “pueblitos”.
The city is considered one of the most attractive in the western Colombian Andes. As it is situated on top of a hill the panoramic views offer the most magnificent landscapes of the coffee-growing region. It also brings together charming traditional architecture, exuberant nature, and a rich coffee culture in one place, which on top of that is very easy to visit. Here, you will make some stops to seize the most out of this town. You will be able to take tons of pictures and buy souvenirs if you want.
