Just a bar.

A very well-kept place, but only for sunbathing and walking, taking photos.

Correct

Cool experience, but the island has nothing, and there are few fish to see... but the organization was excellent, and the people were very nice.

Elysias review.

Fab day on the boat. And the island. We spent most of the dsy on the beach on the island which is gorgeous. Caught a crab and the kids had fun in the shallow waters. Boat was fab and the snorkeling was great. We saw loads of big fish. Had a free beer on board and the staff were brill. Great day.

Nice experience but not really wow

We had booked this trip online but it was not really clear how it would go. We only learned that just before departure in the port of Corralejo. It runs as follows: boats leave at 10:00, 11:15 and 13:00, at 13:20 there is a snorkeling activity from the boat. People who leave at 13:00 go snorkeling immediately, if you are on the island earlier you must / can be at the pier by 13:20 to participate in that activity. We actually went snorkeling directly on the sheltered bay of El Puertito so when we got out of the water we had to leave immediately for the boat. We didn't do that so I can't comment on that snorkeling part with the boat. In the afternoon we did a brisk walk on the island and took the boat back at 17:00. They sail perfectly on time and the service is top notch. I wouldn't expect too much from the glass bottom boat and snorkeling in El Puertito wasn't really wow. All the cottages here have mosquito netting on windows and doors. Keep in mind that there may therefore be mosquitoes when the weather is humid. Needless to say: it can also be pock-warm here. Fortunately we had a nice sea breeze. In short: our second time at Fuertaventura and now we have picked up Lobos. If you're here for one week, I wouldn't call it "you should definitely do this."

A great day out. Make sure you have suncream and a good packed lunch. Also wear decent trainers as its a rough track to the lghthoue. Snorkeling was great.

Fun activity

We had plenty of time for a short island walk. First to the fishermen's cottages and Lagunitas. And then to Playa Caldera. The snorkeling the kids really liked. 20 minutes is long enough because of the cold seawater. Seen a lot of fish.

Operator response

Amazing and worth it

Really good experience, everything went ahead as planned. If you plan on exploring more of Lobos island before the snorkelling part, take the earlier boat to the island. The island itself if pristine and has good walking routes. Snorkelling was a fun experience even if you can’t swim. Highly recommend it.

Operator response

Great value day out!

Great value day out. We took the 10am boat to Lobos, did a 6 mile walk around the island climbing up to the caldera. Wonderful views and interesting island landscape. Had our picnic lunch at the lagoon next to the salt marches. The snorkeling part of our trip at 13.20 was well organised and although the sea was a bit cool, it was so clear with hundreds ot various fish. The boat crew fed them so it was like a feeding frenzy round about us, just amazing. We then stayed on the boat back to Corralejo at 14.20, but it was possible to stay until the 5pm boat with plenty other lovely bays to explore.
