Everything went smoothly and everyone had a lot of fun. The children were thrilled. The river offered some easily navigable rapids, and the swim in Lake Brienz was refreshing. Our guide David was excellent and engaged.

An absolutely brilliant experience. Just the right mix of thrills and fun for a family with three teens. Our guide Hudson was lovely, reassuring and very knowledgable about the river. The swim in Lake Brienz at the end was magical. We also did the High Ropes course, which was tremendous fun. Excellent value as you can spend the whole day there. Our kids were thrilled by the challenge of it (as was I), and the staff were excellent in supporting and giving confidence. A great pair of activities if you’re in Interlaken for a week or so.

So much fun as a family. We had Benjy as our guide and I believe Adam as our driver. It was a great excursion. We have differing levels of comfort in the water. Myself and our 10 year old can swim but aren’t strong swimmers while my husband is a competitive swimmer. Despite all the differences we all had so much fun and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Thanks. We would do it again and maybe even up the rapids to the next level for next time.

Heck YES! this was wayyy worth the price! not only was the experience amazing, but our rafting guides were superb! Super funny and engaging with the group, informative on basic rafting skills, and actually we used our new learned skills while on the 4 hour tour.. I kinda wish it was longer, maybe even 5 hours,.. my wife and i were having soo much fun that time went by quickly... kudos to the staff that were with us,, all the people there were amazing! they need a raise! Look for Hudson! he made our tour even better with his silliness and great attitude!

LOVED IT!!! We had three kids 21, 20, 16 and they all said it was their favorite excursion!! Alexis was a fantastic guide and we had the best time! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Our family rafting trip was cancelled over the phone as we parked the car at the rafting base having just driven several hours to attend. The reason was the river being too fast for our young children. I applaud and approve of their cautious approach and have no issues with safety being paramount; but I find it hard to believe that the river reached this level at 1pm having rained heavily overnight and suspect one could have made this decision earlier in the day. An over-cautious cancellation in the morning would have been preferable as we could have then planned the day very differently and rescheduled for another day and avoided the long drive today.

I have gone River rafting in Phuket and Malaysia and in the USA in the Potomac River more than once and never did anyone stop or refuse to let me participate because I cover my face ( part of my religious believes )

Extremely disappointed by the service. I had booked the service more than 2 months before. My daughter had a bad fall few days before the trip. We rushed her to the doctor to get an X-ray done. We were hassled as we were on Switzerland and she was not able to bend her knee. In the chaos we forgot about the excursion. We did not get any reminders for the same - not even an email reminder. When I informed the front desk of the Outdoor Company and the situation with my daughter and even sent them a report - they were curt enough to tell me there were too many trips and hence no email reminder can go to the guest. All I got was a whats app message after the booking time asking me where I was. They said they could not reorganize the trip or give us any consideration as the abrasion on my daughter was minor. I told them if it was that minor I would not have asked for the X-ray and paid 1200CHF for the same. They simply refused. I told them they could adjust for any trip as I was already in interlarken. They were just not interested to help. Just completely disappointed . It’s not about losing the 300CHF but they just didn’t bother to accommodate us inspite of the emergency. I would never take a trip with them.
