You may also catch a glimpse of Magic Kingdom. It is a private helicopter tour! You will not be sharing the helicopter with other tour passengers. Bell 206 helicopter accommodates up to 4 passengers at a time. It offers a more comfortable experience with extra space and legroom. Its design also ensures a quieter ride, making for a more relaxing tour, particularly for those sensitive to engine noise. - Arrival time: passengers must arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. If you do not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us.
- A minimum of 4 people per booking is required
- It is a private helicopter tour! You will not be sharing the helicopter with other tour passengers.
- Failure in showing up for your appointment without notice will result in cancellation of your tour without refund.
- Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: A full refund or reschedule requires at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No refunds will be given after that time period. Although all flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or extreme winds), you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
- People per ride: The helicopter fits upt to 4 passengers at a time
- Infants up to 2 years old (under 30lb/14kg) must sit on a lap and will fly for free.
- We require all the Adults' passengers IDs (drivers license or passports)
- Weight restrictions: One person CANNOT exceed 380lbs (172kg) and the total weight for 4 people is 700lbs (317kg). We will do a weight and balance prior to flight then all passengers must be willing to be weighed for safety purposes.
- Self-stick on board not allowed
