Description
We are the only country on the zip-line circuit to offer dual-line cables, as well as a safety line. In other words, users clip onto a safety line before climbing onto the first platform and only unclip when they reach the final line of the circuit. On the vertical sections, users also have an automatic fall arrest system, which protects them in the event of any unintended descent. What’s more, this experience is perfectly complemented by our buggy tour, where you can explore the rural tracks of Macao, full of mud, adrenaline and tropical scenery. It’s a fun and exciting way to explore the area before embarking on the zip-line adventure.cent.

These guys never showed up, and by the time we were able to reach them they said it was a system error... I booked months in advance. When excursion guides don't show, your whole day is ruined because everything else is already full.

Our tour guide George was great and on the way to the mountains he gave us a very educational tour about Punta Cana. The ziplining was fun. We did 7 lines and it was great for the first timers. The worst part is the activity was an hour away from the resort.

This experience was AMAZING!!! We were picked up right at our resort by a lovely couple who provided us with water, an air conditioned ride and wonderful conversation. The staff at the zip line course were unbelievable! We are a couple of 60 yo friends on our annual Girls Trip and first-time zippers and these guys were kind, patient, respectful and fun as hell 🙃 we had a simply AWESOME time beginning to end!!!

The setting of our zip lining experience was beautiful, I felt completely safe and secure during the actual zip lining (the brake system was awesome and made it so easy!), and it was fun. My reservation about booking this excursion came from the transport to and from - my family of 6 was stuffed into a tiny minivan along with the driver and our staff person - we did not have nearly enough space - and then by the time we arrived at the destination, the engine was smoking. (This was in sharp contrast to the 2 other excursions we took on our trip, when we were transported in small buses. The minivan was NOT the norm.) Rather than replace the vehicle, they attempted to drive us back to the resort (40 min away) in the same minivan when the transmission was clearly not working (we were jerking back and forth up any hill) We made it back OK - barely - but did not feel safe about it. Then our guide, who took ~200 GORGEOUS photos of us, must admit that - did not have an easy mechanism for us to pay for the photos, wanted us to get cash out of the bank machine rather than use a credit card, venmo, or PayPal because of the fees HE would incur. He ultimately found a friend's venmo account but that added 10 minutes after a very stressful ride back. So all in all, the zip lining part was great but the transport was enough of a detraction that I would choose another company that could get you there safely.
