Great evening dinner with Rosa in Venice.

Rosa was an amazing cook teacher and conversationalist. Some history and her life stories were great additions to the night. Her recipes for the pasta, tomato sauce, salad and Tiramisu were delicious!!!!! Well worth the money.

Rosa was amazing! She was...

Rosa was amazing! She was kind, super knowledgeable and very warm. She taught us more than we thought! Highly recommend her class. The tiramisu was to die for

Mama Rosa

Mama Rosa is a wonderful lady who explained the history of pasta and it's 400 forms. We also got a little history on tiramisu. When we arrived, she realized she overbooked and got the apron off her to give to us to join in the class. She was very accommodating for us. Would recommend for anyone in Venice.

Wonderful Experience!!!

My husband and I had an amazing experience. Our Hostess was so kind and patient with us. She welcomed us into her private kitchen and immediately made us feel like family. This was one of the most memorable times of our trip. We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and your amazing food!

Welcomed as a part of the family.

One of the things we love to do when we travel is attend a local cooking class. We were welcomed in the Venetian countryside home of Mario, Rosanna and Ricardo. We made fresh tagliatelle pasta with a Bolognese sauce, fresh sea bass and tiramisu. We dined al fresco and were welcomed as though we were part of their family. Of course the evening ended with the celebratory glass of limoncello and hugs all around. Thank you for welcoming us to your home!❤️

Wonderful and educational evening with lovely company of Rossana the host.

My 19 year old son and I had a fantastic evening. We learned how to make pasta dough, ravioli, delicious seabass and tiramisu. It was delicious. Rossana was a wonderful and sweet host who was good at teaching.
