This was so much fun! Such a great experience. Our tour guide Muhammad was so sweet and informative. I didn’t even realize we were going to see a Mangrove. Muhammad explained everything so well. And swimming with turtlesss?!!! Breathtaking! Ismael, our driver, was friendly and let us connect to the Bluetooth on the ride back to our resort. We were the DJs and Ismael loved my afrobeats playlist- so lit!! 10/10 recommend!
Red Colobus Monkey – Jozani Forest, Zanzibar The Red Colobus Monkey is the most famous wildlife attraction in Jozani Forest and is found only in Zanzibar. This rare and endangered species is known for its striking reddish-brown back, black face, and long white hair on its shoulders. Jozani Forest is home to thousands of these unique monkeys, making it one of the best places in the world to observe them in their natural habitat. Visitors walking through the forest trails can enjoy close-up views of the Red Colobus Monkey as it jumps between trees, feeds on leaves, fruits, and flowers, and interacts with other members of its group. These friendly monkeys are accustomed to people and often provide excellent opportunities for photography. A visit to Jozani Forest offers not only a chance to see this remarkable species but also to learn about Zanzibar’s rich biodiversity and important conservation efforts that help protect this extraordinary animal for future generations.
Great communication throughout the booking process and a nice excursion to do if you are staying in the south part of the island. Muhammad made sure we found a group of monkeys in the forrest and then the cave with the sea turtles was beautiful, just a little crowded.
My experience was wonderful. Sandy Bank Island was simply amazing. A paradise in the middle of the ocean. The seafood BBQ was top notch. We even had lobster. Stone town was amazing. My tour guide took me to places where we could get local prices and not the tourist markup. Mohamed was very knowledgeable and really knew the history of Stone Town.
I loved. I saw monkeys, swam with turtles. It was top. Only one beach was missing. There would be the best tour of Zanzibar

Excellent experience on the Southern side of the island. Water was clean and a lot of fun feeding the turtles. They were really docile and so can easily be petted or pushed away. Monkeys were a lot of fun and were within a meter of me.
