The experience has been very good. Jesús is a great guide; he has been there for us the whole time and managed to unite the group from the very first moment. We felt like a big family. I highly recommend his work. Thank you for this magnificent experience!!
It was all well organized. In the morning of the first day you can see llamas, alpacas and vicuñas. The lunch buffet (to be paid for yourself) was fine. Afterwards, manger was able to swim in the Hot Springs for an hour and a half. The Hotel Pascana in Chivay was also good: The room was modern and the breakfast buffet the next day was good. Afterwards, we visited a few villages before heading to Cruz del Condor, where we had an hour. Afterwards we went back to Chivay (with a few stops). There you could have a lunch buffet again (but I went to another restaurant). Then you could either continue to Puno or return to Arequipa. I felt the trip was a good alternative to trekking.
We really enjoyed the 2D trip to the Colca Valley. Everything went great, from the timing to the food and the whole experience. The Guide (Rosario) was great. Highly recommended.
We did the Colca Canyon 2D/1N tour ending in Puno and everything was perfectly organized. The staff was professional, the guide knowledgeable, and the logistics were smooth. Great option for travelers continuing their journey. Highly recommended.
The tour exceeded expectations. The stay in Chivay was great, with a good program and the guide Juan was very patient and provided us with good explanations and answered our questions. A light tour to see the canyon and the valley. The thermals had nice view and the atmosphere was generally very good.
We did the tour to Colca and everything was excellent. We travelled very comfortable, the schedules were fulfilled as indicated and the bus to Puno was very comfortable. A very well organized experience. We recommend it 100%!
Germán our guide was great at providing lots of information in both Spanish and English (as I was the only one not fluent in Spanish, I'm really grateful). I had a great time: pick-up was punctual, the view was fantastic, ppl were nice, and we saw the condors!
PASSIONATES we felt like family from the moment of the attention and the excursions were organized and punctual. The hotel chosen was also comfortable and clean. I appreciate the good service.
That's not it. Dirty old bus, at every stop the driver opened the bonnet to “twiddle”. He was driving crazy. For 2 times we risked the front with other vehicles in roads then dangerous. Bad driving. Empathy zero. 2 words counted.
Everything was executed according to what was coordinated. The route and scenery are excellent. The basic hotel we stayed in is what you would expect from a tour that will take you to a small town. Very clean and had hot water (important for a temperature close to 0 Celsius). The guide was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The buffet lunches featured typical local food but with enough variety to suit all tastes. The night show was something unique to the culture of the area and very well conducted. On the last day we had a memorable experience with the condor flight. In short, highly recommended for those who want to learn more about Peru and expand their travel experience in Arequipa.
