The Old Port under the capital Fira,use to be the main gate of the island till 1960,approachable only by steps(nowadays exists a cable car also),which gives us a very clear look how difficult life was in Santorini before becomes a strong touristy destination,as has become nowadays.The area is the base of the cruise ship also which makes it overcrowded.This is something though that doesn’t effect our experience
Upon request,we can make a stop at the volcanic park of Nea Kammeni which represents the most recent volcanic eruptions of the volcano of Santorini and take a closer look at it
Even if you have chosen not to stop in the volcanic park,our skipper,after giving us a detail guidance about the volcanic activities that create Caldera,will make the first stop for swimming in the attraction of the island,the thermal springs!Over there we will have the opportunity to feel that the volcano remains active,as from activities of it,the sea water gets warm up reaching in some area the temperature of a 100 degrees in Fahrenheit!The area is full of minerals also with positive effects in the skin too.
This is the first lava island that rises from the center of the creator,after the major activity that create Caldera.Here we can see the flow of lava rising from the sea,creating some amazing landscapes.On the south side of it,we can find a beach with crystal clear waters which if you ask your skipper to stop and enjoy it,you will find him positive,if the weather allow him to.
Our next destination,Thirassia,the west side of the volcano of Santorini,before get divided in three different peaces.Through the cutting we can see how the volcano was created eruption after eruption,as also we going to have the opportunity to swim or snorkel,in crystal clear waters this time.The place reminds us Santorini of 90’ as the tourism hasn’t effect the area a so much.While our guests swimming,we have time to prepare our traditional products,which our guests going to find waiting for them,finishing swimming
Last,for sure not least destination,the popular village of Oia,with the white building,melting like snow and the popular blue domes,in the cliffs of the Caldera.Our skipper going to cruise under the village giving us the opportunity getting views of it,as he is going to pass from Ammoudi village and along the whole village

Beautiful private sea outing, with a sunset and traditional Greek snacks, fresh and delicious. The snorkeling spot was not great, but the view at the foot of Oia was magnificent.
Panos was amazing! Educated while allowing us to enjoy our private boat tour! Volvanic hot spring- had the “prime” mooring spot which allowed us to swim deeper into the crevice. Amazing one of a kind experience. Snorkeled in private cove while Panos cooked up amazing food. Entire family loved. Great house wine. Kept the seas calm for us and family enjoyed entire boat including stern. Would highly recommend

We had the most incredible private boat experience with Panos in Santorini and honestly could not recommend him highly enough. From the very first email through to the end of the trip, Panos was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the level of service he provided was some of the best we have experienced in a very long time. This trip was especially important to us as we were celebrating both our wedding anniversary and my husband’s 50th birthday, and Panos made the entire experience feel so personal and special from start to finish. His knowledge of Santorini and the island’s history was fascinating and really added to the experience. One of the things we loved most was that his boat could take us to beautiful hidden spots that the larger catamarans simply can’t access, making the whole trip feel much more relaxed, exclusive and personal. The food he prepared for us was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and every part of the day felt thoughtful and carefully planned. The boat itself was spotless, comfortable and perfect for swimming, snorkelling and exploring the island. Honestly, the entire experience was fantastic and Panos would be a very difficult person to beat. If you are visiting Santorini and thinking about booking a private boat trip, do it. This is a must do experience. Santorini from the water is a different island and Panos takes the time to explain the volcanic history while being a great skipper and host. I would highly recommend you book this tour well before you arrive. You bypass the hordes of tourists and and get a 100% locals experience.

This is a must do trip on Santorini. Panos communicated well prior to the trip. He was an excellent captain and guide. Our trip included swimming in the warmer volcanic springs, an excellent lunch at a scenic swim spot, followed by a cruise into the sunset. Seeing the volcanic islands from a boat definitely enhanced the view of the area. Panos was very knowledgeable on the geologic history of the caldera. If you can definitely book this trip.
Very nice experience in Santorini! 🌅 We had the chance to share a superb ride with Panos, a man from the island who loves Santorini deeply and enjoys showing her around. Always very pleasant and considerate, he offered us a snack of delicious Greek specialties, while leading us to absolutely magnificent views. Authentic and unforgettable moments, to recommend without hesitation 100%!
