Please make sure that on arrival the MJ tours and attraction representative Driver / Guide that receives you has an MJ sign or your name written on guest list. The meeting time is 30 Minutes to an one hour after you are allowed of the ship. If you wish to meet us a specific time please notify us. MEETING POINT BELOW IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON ROYAL CARRIBEN ,MSC CRUISE LINE ,NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE ,MEIN SCHIFF, MS OCEANIA, SERENITY,VINKING ,VIRGEN VOYAGES SILVER MOON PLEASE FOLLOW MEETING POINT INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. Meeting point: As you leave the cruise ship, proceed through and pass all the flea market boxes and make a right turn at the end of Diamond`s International. Next, you will see the excursion kiosks; walk straight through them down to gate number #3, continue walking to exit GATE #1 or Downtown the representative will be on the next side of the road holding the sign of the name of the company. We will locate your name and introduce you to your driver/tour guide and off to a fun day. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON CARNIVAL CRUISE, PRINCESS CRUISE PLEASE SEE MEETING POINT Meeting instructions for Mahogany Bay/Isla Tropicale. As you exit the ship and walk up the main path into the shopping area. Continue past the fountains, through the shopping area, to the red top building on the right. Enter that building and walk to the end past where the white taxi's parking area is. Make a left and walk up the small hill. You will see a green gate. Go through the gate and down the hill. Company representatives will be on the right holding up a Sign of the company name. We will locate your name and present you to your guide for your day. Next You are off to a wonderful day on our beautiful Island of Roatan. NOTE. the walk to the meeting point is 5 minutes You can also take a taxi to the meeting point, taxi fee is 2$ per person. NOTE all tours includes transportation to/from cruise port

MJ Tour Alfred was very nice tour guide. The animal sanctuary was fun. The zip line experience didn’t happen. Overbooked , too many people waiting. No organization at all. No lines formed and the wait was over an hour wait! So we went to beach and kids enjoyed that. Banana boat ride was over priced $80. Talked to Michelle and ask for a partial refund and was told No! She would give me $30 back for renting which I didn’t get. Very disappointed with this excursion. Won’t book thru Viator again.
Hi Ms. Gaynell, Thank you for your comment. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. First, you decided to disembark late from the ship reducing your excursion time , and your ship's departure time was earlier than most. Upon arriving at the park, you checked in for the zipline, received your wristband, signed the waiver, and were prepared to participate. However, you decided not to wait for your turn and chose to go to the beach instead. That was a personal decision and not due to any issue with the operation of the zipline. The zipline was operating normally and was not overcrowded. As with any popular attraction, some waiting time is expected, and all guests are served in the order they arrive. Even VIP access does not guarantee skipping the line. Regarding the refund request, your reservation had already been processed, and you had completed the check-in requirements, including receiving your wristband and signing the waiver. Since the activity was available and ready for you, but you chose not to participate, a refund was not applicable. As for the banana boat ride, that activity is completely independent of our company. It was an optional activity that you chose to participate in, and we are not responsible for its operation or management. My family ages 7 to 70 loved this excursion. TJ from M J Tours was very informative n made this event so much fun He endeared himself n made us feel very comfortable. The zip lining crew was very experienced n made us feel safe. The interaction w the monkeys n info about sloths was fun n very informative. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a good time in Roatan, thanks to Kayla from MJ tours. Kayla was very professional and friendly. She drove us around to all the attractions and even watched our bags/items when we are out and about having fun. Highly recommend MJ tours.

We had such an amazing day! Michelle, the owner, was so accommodating and easy to work with. We had an air conditioned van. My family zip line, walked a rope bridge, interacted with monkeys and sloths, and spent a lovely few hours at a beautiful beach. Darnell was our guide. She was friendly, helpful and patient. As a native to Roatan, she was full of information. I would absolutely use this family business again.
