The Pyramid of Khafre (also known as the Pyramid of Chephren) is the second-tallest and second-largest of the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids of Giza. Built for Pharaoh Khafre around 2570 BCE, it is often mistaken for the Great Pyramid because it sits on a higher pedestal of bedrock, making it appear taller.

The Pyramid of Menkaure (also spelled Mykerinos) is the smallest of the three main pyramids of Giza, but it is often considered the most architecturally complex. Built for the Pharaoh Menkaure around 2510 BCE, it stands as a unique monument to the transition of the Old Kingdom.

The Valley Temple of Khafre is one of the most remarkably well-preserved buildings from Egypt’s Old Kingdom (c. 2570 BCE). Located just a few steps from the Great Sphinx, it served as the grand entrance to Pharaoh Khafre’s funerary complex.

The Great Sphinx of Giza is one of the world's most iconic monuments, carved directly from a single ridge of limestone on the Giza Plateau. Representing a reclining lion with a human head—widely believed to be Pharaoh Khafre—it has stood guard over the necropolis for over 4,500 years.
