Boats leave between 9:45–10:00 AM. - BOTH ISLAND VISIT (No hotel transfer): Arrive at Long Phu Pier by 9:30 AM. Tour starts with Orchid Island, then Monkey Island. - BOTH ISLAND VISIT (With hotel transfer): Free pickup for hotels in Nha Trang city center. Unable to buy a drink anywhere on the island without cash.

Please kindly note that on the island, including Monkey Island, many local vendors currently operate on a cash-only basis due to limited infrastructure. While this is a common situation, we understand it may be inconvenient if you were not prepared in advance. For future visits, we recommend bringing a small amount of cash for personal expenses such as drinks or snacks. We will also improve our pre-tour information to better inform guests beforehand. The tour was well organized with a friendly tour guide. Both Islands were beautiful and well worth the visit. I liked the fact that you were free to walk around the Islands, looking at the various animals and exhibits at your own pace, rather than being led around in a group. Even though the weather was quite warm, there were ample rest breaks in shaded areas.
The hat and water were added bonuses as was the lunch at Orchid Island. Great communication from the guide’s throughout Tu was a great guide on the day ensuring everyone knew exactly what was going on. He showed genuine care for his customers.
Nice waterpark but tje restrictions for tje slides are quite harsh as all the big slides if your less then 40kg or more then 90kg you cant go on them and the hyper slide needs exactly 3 peopl per dingy another thing that could be an issue for families is their is no conventional pool they only have lazy rivers or kids pools and there is no pool deeper then 1m 20 cm.
Water wasn't working at site #71. Manager didn't want to disturb long term tenant and allow us to move to the site next to us where water was working. Thankfully a kind gentleman loaned us a water hose so we could reach the water at the next site. Manager was very nasty about it all.
This is an amazing water park from the moment we entered from the moment I departed . First we went on the lazy river which was very relaxing when we were on the lazy river we saw the horse in the background just standing in the small stable which was cramped, it is not a petting zoo it is a water park, this made me sad. Afterwards we went on the dragon 🐉 slides which were so fun and I don't normally like water slides !!! After we went on the wave pool. The onsen was very warming and a great experience. Why does a water park need a poor old horse standing out in the heat with no water in a tiny pen?!? Unnecessary and cruel. It’s a water park not a petting zoo! How is this allowed? How does this set a good example for children? Water park is inside a giant warehouse and feels stuffy. People smoke inside this giant covered area. I would not recommend.
Huge water park for the kids. The kids absolutely loved it here and it was totally weather proof so a great option for a rainy day activity to keep them busy and get us out of the hotel
