Let's take a stroll this light filled, angular building, home to major modern and contemporary art.
This neo-Gothic-style bridge, built in 1869, is one of the most popular photo spots with an excellent view of Frankfurt's skyline. Have a look at the Museumsufer embankment.
Still along the Museumsufer, this museum is home to over 5,000 pieces of sculpture. The building itself is beautiful.
Another worthy stop on this stretch of museums, this is home to 19th and 20th century art.
Let's walk down Frankfurts famous Museumsufer. First stop the Stadel museum, housing prominent European art.

Our guide, Nathalie, was great!! Provided a very interesting, informative history of Frankfurt, it was a good length of time (1.5 hours) and a good distance around the city center of Frankfurt (1.5 miles or so). As it turned out, we enjoyed a private tour with Nathalie! She also provided many “secrets” about seeing other areas of the city that we were able to visit on our own!!
