The ceremony at Wagah Border was wonderful; the moustaches alone are worth the visit and add the great flag display, the marching and the canine defence, you’ve a really special memory. The Golden Temple was stunning too. My guides Jaswinder and Harmeet (hope I spelt your names correctly) were lovely too.
I took 2 rides, one from Amritsar to Kapurthala which went smoothly. I was so happy with the 1st ride I took a much longer 2nd ride from Kapurthala to Anandpur Sahib ( 3 hours). It would have been perfect if driver had not been more than an hour late which according to him was due to traffic jam. We arrived a little past 630pm & the light was too poor for photography, my favourite hobby. He was helpful in getting me overnight accomodation at the gurdwara. I would recommended this service as he is pleasant and polite & his careful driving made me feel safe & relaxed throughout the 2 rides.
