Discover Santorini's most distinct local wineries and traditional cellars through a unique 4:00-hour wine-tasting journey tour and an authentic conventional settlement with historical houses, blue-domed churches, and old mansions during your winery tour. Taste 10-12 glasses of wine from our three wineries, which are on our list and available on the day.
The beautiful and modern Argyros winery estate is located on the outskirts of Episkopi-Gonia, about 5.5 km southeast of Fira. Argyros' spacious tasting room with ocean views is in the heart of their grape estate. Like most wineries in Santorini, the main grape variety produced and used here is the white Assyrtico grape, although Argyros is also used to make a delicious Aydani wine. Their ruby-red Mavrotragano received 93/100 Parker points in Wine Advocate.
Avantis Estate winemaker Mr. Apostolos Mountrikas fell in love with Santorini and the strong personality of Assyrtiko and started his project in Santorini in 2012. He completed his project in 2021, founding Anhydrous Winery. His philosophy is based on experimentation with ancient winemaking techniques that produce modern wines with purity and essential varietal characteristics. Wines that reflect the connection with the arid land of Santorini, the majesty of the land, the volcano, the sun, the sea breeze, the Cycladic air - the vibrant personality of this unique PDO land. These are high-quality wines that capture the pure beauty of Santorini. These are anhydrous wines.

very fun way to spend a lovely afternoon in fira! my partner and I really enjoyed learning a bit more about the wines produced in the island and the history behind it. the wines were very good too! our tour guides/drivers were really friendly and even stoped on a bakery on the way to show us the traditional baked goods of santorini

The wine tour was fun and insightful. The tour folks picked us up on time in a super comfortable van. They were funny, but knowledgeable. The 3 wineries we visited were all great on their own style. We all have different opinions and preferences. However, overall, they were nice. I definitely recommend the tour. Perfect for couples and small group of friends.

Our guide was amazing! He used to work at a winery and had so much additional insight for us. We had a small group of 6 of us total and visited 3 wineries. Each winery had a different feel and taught us the history of wines on the island and their own wineries. We appreciated the variety of wines and snack pairings. Our guide definitely enhanced this experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed the three (+brewery) wineries we visited on this tour. We had a small group and saw the history of the wine. There was a nice selection of whites, few reds and sweet wines. The little tapas/cheese at each winery was an added treat! We were on our honeymoon and would recommend this tour. Note, the car, while very nice with leather, had limited A/C so it was a little warm to travel in.

We had a wonderful tour of three local wineries. We particularly enjoyed the art winery. The wines were excellent, and they were associated with beautiful art throughout the historic winery. Our driver, Themistoklis, was very knowledgeable about Santorini and served as a local guide in addition to driving us to each of the wineries. Very nice tour.

We were picked up at our hotel by our wonderful local guide Themistoklas who not only drive us to the lively wineries but have us history on the island & the Greek language. In addition, he offered to take us to an additional spot that casual visitors to Santorini are not familiar with-the Black Beach on the east side of the island.
