Really interesting time with a local coffee grower. Learnt about different kinds of beans, drying methods and roasting times. Tasted five different styles with a friendly group. Recommended.
Hugely interesting how the coffee process works. The Owner really knows a lot and can answer any question. We first got an explanation about the different beans he grew. Tasted a lot after that. We went into the garden and got to admire the plants. Then we actually made coffee and ended the morning. Was really great!
Very good visit to a sustainable farm on a human scale. Clear and thorough explanations of coffee cultivation and processing. A very captivating tasting thanks to the Guide's extensive knowledge. The Guide is passionate and very interesting! I highly recommend it.
