The tour was delayed and there was no possibility to resume.
This is the text of the message you sent us less than 24 hours before the tour: "Dearest, I can't participate on the excursion on the 4th, as I will be attending a congress. I would like to receive a refund." There are rules like the one that says you can request a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event you booked. You didn't do that, and it's despicable to accuse us and penalize us with a 1-star review when you're the one who didn't follow the rules! By the way, what was the congress you attended about? Honesty? I don't think so, they wouldn't have let you in!
Norma was very informative, enthusiastic and happy to answer any questions.
Thank you !
Wonderful city. Each corner has a real history that is part of the evolution of humanity. Ricardo, very rich in art and history.
Thank you!
Very informative and well worth the time, we got to see and learn a lot about Florence and it’s history
Thanks a lot!
Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful in a short intro (what we had booked). She remained a bit more time to answer questions. I always enjoy hearing many to listen in to other’s thoughts.
Thank you!
Ludi was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and full of information. She recommended places we never heard of and they were amazing! 10/10 recommend!
Thanks a lot!
Such an informative and interesting tour. I learnt so much. Highly recommend this tour! The tour guide also told us some funny stories which made us all laugh!
Thanks a lot!
Our tour guide was great! This is a good tour to take at the beginning of your time in Florence because the info was so good. I feel taken advantage of by Trip Advisor. The tour is called Free Tour Florence and because I was booking with not much notice, I paid little attention to the fact that Trip Advisor charged me. The tour guide said she doesn’t receive that $$. I would suggest not booking a tour like this through Trip Advisor since they made $$ on the “free” tour. Guide made her money via tips.
Thanks a lot!
Great experience. Our tour guide Ludi was very kind and has knowledge of the city center. Totally recommended for those who want to learn some things about Florence
Thanks a lot!
We were so lucky to have Ludi as our guide for our first visit to Florence. She has a fantastic knowledge of her city and its people. She gave us numerous hints on where to go, what could see off the beaten track, food hints, toilets, where to get great views. We have been on lots of walking tours and Ludi has been one of the best.
Thanks a lot!
