Itinerary
The tour will begin by meeting your guide at a local café, where you will learn about the fascinating history of Frida Kahlo. Your guide will tell you about her life, art, and legacy. Then, you will be accompanied to the Casa Azul Museum, where you will enter directly with the guide. During the tour, your guide will provide information about the museum’s rooms while you explore on your own. You will admire artworks, personal objects, photos, letters, and mementos of her life with Diego Rivera, her loves, and her struggles. You will see her rooms, her bed, the medical corsets she used, and the "Las apariencias engañan" collection featuring Frida’s iconic dresses. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to ask the guide any questions about Frida's life and work. If you wish to stay longer inside the house, you may do so and enter as many times as you like to continue exploring at your own pace.
The tour also includes entry to the Anahuacalli Museum, where you can explore another facet of Frida and Diego's legacy. This tour does not include a guide or transportation, but you will have access to the Anahuacalli Museum to enjoy its cultural richness at your own pace.

Incredible tour! I went with my three daughters (ages 5-10) and both they and I loved Isaac's explanation! I only asked him not to talk so much about the love dramas of Diego and Frida (since they are minors) and instead he talked about his pets, his dresses, and made it very entertaining for them!!!! He is very well prepared, and the experience with the company was very easy and everything flowed perfectly!! I highly recommend it
One of the best museums I’ve visited, but do not book the “exclusive tour” with a guide. He greets you, talks for about 20 minutes, and answers your questions — which is nice — but then leaves you on your own, claiming “it’s too tight inside,” which felt like a weak excuse. At the end, he comes back for another 20-minute chat, and you end up paying $75 per person for what was essentially very little actual guiding. It felt like a complete tourist scam.
We had such a great experience at the Frida Kahlo Museum. Isaac was an excellent guide with a great depth of knowledge that made the experience all the more engaging.

Hector is an excellent guide. You can tell he loves the history of Frida, and that excitement is conveyed in the way he tells it. He was attentive and willing to answer any questions, and he improved my visit by 100%! I was a bit distressed about going alone, but he turned the experience into a pleasant moment of conversation and knowledge exchange.

Our tour guide Roman was excellent. He communicated clear instructions the day before our tour. He communicated on the day of the tour and arrived early to the meeting spot. Getting into the museum was a smooth process. He had a wealth of knowledge and answered every question my wife and I asked. I would recommend this tour, especially with Roman any time.
