Disappointing

Was not happy with the value for the price we paid for a private tour. The guide rushed us through most of what she pointed out. When she conversed with the driver she did it in Swedish even though both spoke Englishe very well. The guide gave us what we thought was a good history of the area but even then a fact check proved her wrong (Greta Garbo's ashes were not put into the nearby sea). Not as much of an issue but the guide showed up 10 minutes late and although the price included bottled water and snacks, we got neither. Finally, for the price we paid I thought we should have had paid admission into the City Hall (or the Royal Palace, which we wanted tosee but were discouraged, thogh we went later and loved!). Overall, the guide was nice but seemed to not take any of our suggestions. We left feeling we had a good overview but no real depth or enjoyment of the area.

Operator response

Thank you very much for your feedback. Im really sorry to say but entrance tickets NOT included according itinerary in this tour. We are really sorry you couldt feel this depth of enjoyment of the area.

Wonderful tour! 10/10 recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! Our tour guide was perfectly on time, and she greeted us with the driver waiting outside of our hotel. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and in only a few hours, we felt like we had seen and learned so much! The driver expertly navigated around the city, and parked the car close so that we could get out with the tour guide and she could explain where she had taken us, and so that we could take some photos. We got off in a few spots and did a walking tour, and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable of the history of the city and everything that we were walking past. We were able to see so much, yet not feel rushed. In addition, she gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants, museums to visit, and more! This was our first time visiting Stockholm and this tour was the perfect introduction. 10/10 recommend!
