We will pick you up from your accommodation in Florence by 8am. Our driver will normally be at your address by 7.45am. We will then drive to the caseificio, it will take approximately 1 hour. NB: If you do not provide a pickup location for your private tour, our default meeting point is: Borgo Ognissanti 70, Florence, Italy.

The Guided Tour of the Wine Estate:You will start your journey from the raw product—the grapevines—exploring the lush vineyards and concluding in the wine cellar and aging room, before finally arriving at the tasting room. Here, you will indulge in a wine tasting paired with traditional products from the region.
Upon your arrival in Lucca, embark on a guided tour of this charming city led by a knowledgeable local guide. Our guide Angel is a wine expert and it made this tour extra special for our wine tasting lunch, in conjunction with Lucca and Pisa visits. Lucca is quaint and is a delight to walk the narrow streets feeling almost like a local, people are so friendly. Of course Pisa is the leaning tower not to miss on the way. Angel has a personality that is comfortable right away, we laughed and had fun, but also he’s very knowledgeable and we learned so much! His colleagues are also wonderful. We were lucky to secure this tour. Don’t wait!

My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Florence last summer. We had an amazing trip but the highlight was our tour of the wineries in and around Montalcino. Angel was our guide and driver and he was a delight -- knowledgeable, friendly and we felt very safe as he drove us through the Italian countryside. We sampled Brunellos as well as Rosso di Montalcinos, another wine made from the local Sangiovese grapes, at two wineries, Mastro Janni and Tenuta Fanti, where we also had an absolutely spectacular meal. In addition to wine, Fanti also makes a variety of olive oils so we sampled those as well with their delicious anti-pastas. Having a guide for this sort of thing is essential and we couldn't have been happier with Angel, who we will definitely call up for another swing through the vineyards of Tuscany on our next visit.

If you do any tour absolutely select this! My husband and I have done wine tours all over the world and this was truly amazing. Angel is not only a wealth of knowledge and made sure we visited local wineries more off the beaten path, but was kind and a treasure to get to know. Bonus, one of our favorite meals was the lunch he set up during the tour. You really will not regret booking this tour, promise!!!
The wine was good, the views were great, but Paola was an outstanding guide. I would take a tour of a brick wall if she were speaking about it.
My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and our day wine tasting was magical! Our tour guide was absolutely magnificent, professional and knowledgeable. We tasted amazing wines, olive oils and thr lunch was so tasty with a beautiful view. We would do this tour over and over again if we could!

Book this tour! My wife and I visited Italy for our honeymoon and always knew we wanted to venture into Tuscany. We booked this tour not knowing what to expect and it turned out to be our favorite day of our 2-week honeymoon. Angel was our guide and is also the owner of the company. His knowledge of wine is unbelievable but he was so much more than a guide. He was friendly, welcoming, and a real joy to spend time with. We visited two wineries in Montalcino and were given private tours at each. The wineries themselves were fantastic and we bought several bottles of wine to ship home.
