I booked this tour because I wanted to discover Islamabad in one day with a professional, English speaking driver On the tour day and booked pick-up time, the driver did not appear. He did neither respond to my text messages nor calls. Even one receptionist of my hotel tried to help out and call, the man did answer the call but did not say anything. Luckily I could reach out someone from viator helpdesk supporting me to get the costs refunded. All in all, this operator is not trustful and tries to scam you. Do not book a tour!!!
