Your tour will begin with a pick-up from your hotel. As you drive through the picturesque landscapes of the Coffee Triangle, you will enjoy the stunning mountain views and lush greenery that define this region. Arriving at Evelyza Farm, the farm's owners will welcome and prepare you for your immersive cacao experience.
You will take part on a tour of the farm, where you will learn about the process of growing cacao, from the selection of seeds to harvesting the pods. After the tour, you’ll participate in a hands-on workshop where you’ll roast cacao beans, grind them, and craft your own artisanal chocolate bar. After crafting your own chocolate, you will be treated to a tasting session of Evelyza Farm's finest products. Try a variety of handcrafted chocolates, paired with traditional Colombian snacks made from local ingredients, giving you a true taste of the region.
After your exploration of the farm and surrounding landscapes, you will drive back to your hotel, where you can relax after a day filled with chocolate and adventure.

We had a great and patient driver and a nice and knowledgeable guide (at the farm and in the car taking us to and from Salento to the farm).
