You will have the opportunity to visit a local Berber women’s cooperative specializing in the production of Argan oil. During this visit, you will learn about the traditional techniques used to extract this precious oil and discover the many benefits of this unique Moroccan product, widely known for its culinary, cosmetic, and medicinal properties.
Arrive in Essaouira around midday, where you will have free time to explore this charming seaside town at your own pace. Stroll through the historic medina, admire the impressive Atlantic ramparts that surround the old city, and discover its picturesque streets, lively souks, and unique coastal atmosphere. Parts of the city have also served as filming locations for the famous TV series Game of Thrones, adding to its cultural appeal. If you wish to enjoy lunch, your driver will be happy to recommend some local restaurants where you can savor freshly prepared seafood and other Moroccan specialties in a relaxed setting.

The trip itself was straightforward, they pick you up, make a couple of stops along the way, drop you off, and bring you back. No issues with the transportation. The disappointing part was the customer service afterward. I accidentally left my sunglasses on the bus and messaged the team immediately after getting off. The next day they confirmed they had found them, but after I tried multiple times to arrange a pickup (I only had three days left in Marrakech), they completely stopped responding. It's frustrating that they found my belongings but made no effort to help return them.
Today I made an excursion to Essaouira and it was an excellent experience. The driver Anas and the guide Aziz were extremely friendly, professional and attentive throughout the day. They were an excellent company during the car trip. They explained everything clearly, were always available to help and made the trip very pleasant. I recommend this tour to those who visit Morocco. Thank you for the excellent service!
Our transportation was a large van, which made for some pleasant conversations with fellow travelers. Our guide spoke excellent English and was very personable. There are only two short stops along the way, one at an argan factory which has an area with people showing the various stages of making and processing argan oil and a retail sales area. The other stop was for bathroom facilities and refreshments. The time allotted to explore the beautiful beach town on your own was about four hours. All in all, it was it a pleasant and efficient way of getting to and enjoying Essaouira.

Loved our day trip to Essaouira- our friendly guide spoke great English and French, gave out lots of information and was relaxed & fun. All well organised, comfy mini van and plenty of time at the town which is really beautiful and very calm after Marrakech. So pleased we went!

Fabulous trip. Nicer and less chaotic than Marrakech. The guide Hammami mohamed was very attentive. Loved the womans co-operative. Just watch out for aggressive camel owners.

Very good experience! Our guide Badr was very kind. The bus was nice and air conditioned. They gave us 4 and a half hour free time in Essaouira. They also reply when you write days before the trip. They wrote the pick up time/location one day before the trip. Just be prepared that pick-up location may not be the nearest location for your riad but it is not a problem.

A very pleasant tour with Younes and Mohammed. They gave me the opportunity to sit at the front with them, which made the experience even better. They were very friendly, always ready to answer any questions I had, and did so in a very playful and enjoyable way. Essaouira is such a beautiful city and definitely worth visiting. The souks were much more enjoyable than those in Marrakesh, as you actually have the opportunity to walk around in a more relaxed way and have nice, interesting conversations with people everywhere.
