Your tour begins in Queenstown with pick-up from selected locations. As you leave town, your Cheeky Kiwi guide will set the scene for the day, sharing local stories, route highlights and what to expect
Journey along the spectacular Crown Range Road, New Zealand’s highest sealed road, with incredible mountain views and photo stops along the way.
Enjoy approximately 90 minutes at Snow Farm, where you can play in the snow, build snowmen, throw snowballs or simply relax and take in the alpine scenery. Optional snow gear and toboggan hire available onsite.
Warm up with a stop at the iconic Cardrona Hotel, one of New Zealand’s oldest and most famous country pubs, with time to enjoy lunch and soak up the atmosphere.
Visit beautiful Wānaka, stroll the lakefront and snap a photo of the world-famous That Wānaka Tree.
Step back in time at the charming Cromwell Heritage Precinct, home to boutique shops, galleries and gold rush history.
Relax on the scenic drive back to Queenstown through the renowned Gibbston Valley wine region, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Arrive around 5:30pm.

Really enjoyed this tour. As a solo traveller, I appreciated the small group and friendly guide. I was looking to experience the snow without the ski crowds, which is exactly what this offered. We had plenty of time at Snow Farm to wander around, take photos and just enjoy the snow in a relaxed setting. Even made a couple snowmen! Stopping at the Cardrona pub afterwards was a great addition. Our guide was excellent, shared plenty of local knowledge and I felt completely safe on the alpine roads. One of the highlights of my stay in Queenstown for sure, easily recommend!

Awesome way for our kids to experience snow for the first time! Looks and fun and laughs in a beautiful setting. Cardrona pub was a great spot for lunch too.
Incredible scenery at every place, and a massive day of really special experiences. If you are short on time this is a great way to see as much as possible and lots of interesting stories shared by the guide - I liked the variety of things. We had a really fun day!
