I joined the one day tour from Zurich organised by Grayline. The tour guide Carsten was so professional and managed so well of the group. I highly recommend this trip.
I definitely recommend this day trip. Engelberg was my favorite town I went to visit in Switzerland. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. My parents and I loved this day trip. Everything was perfect.
Wonderful sites Nice guid. You need to buy food at the lovation. Go with friend not alone. You need to see this mountains.
The cable car trip to the top of Mt. Titlis was amazing and worth the time and effort to get there. The tour guide Carsten was informative and always on top of where the group was to ensure everyone had the best experience. We highly recommend this adventure.
Carsten and Marc were excellent. Carsten.. very professional and knowledgeable about the areas.. providing excellent information and hilarious. Always ensuring that we are on time and we know where, how and when to get back to meeting points. We appreciate the time and effort and care that they took with us on the tour,
This is a must have tour. We were taken back by the incredible beauty this tour offered. We had plenty of time to explore this charming area and were taken back by the beauty of the city of Lucerne. We we lucky to have a guide with a lot of first hand knowledge.
This was a last minute decision and I am very grateful we did it! The drive was beautiful, we had the the perfect amount of time at each spot, and our guide was terrific. Mike gave great recommendations through the entire tour! He even allowed us to add the Mount Titlis excursion right there on the bus. The views were breathtaking thought the entire day. Mount Titlis was incredible and worth every penny. 10/10 recommend!
The tour and the guide was really good, the only think i did not like it should mention the extra cost to the Mr Titlis, the rest was awesome
Perfect tour if you have limited time. Michael is an absolute rock star, could not ask for a better guide.
Trip was generally ok, mostly we were left on our own, tour guide left us to explore at Engelbert for 3 hours and 1 hour at Lucern, that was not too good without guide to tell us more about local history
Thank you for your feedback, we regret that we did not meet your expectations and that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We would like to explain that the tour includes a guided drive to/from Engelberg, where the tour guide explains the sights and history and our guests receive a short introduction to this popular mountain resort before reaching Engelberg. There is the monastery church with the largest organ in Switzerland, Lake Eugeni, which invites you to take a short walk (15 min), the old village center with its cafés and stores and, above all, the view of the surrounding mountains. It is true that in Engelberg, (mountain village of about 4650 inhabitants), the stay is about 3 hours and without a guided tour, but this is listed in the tour description 'Enjoy a 3-hour stay in this beautiful resort to explore on your own'. For the majority of our guests this is an advantage, as they can organize their own time and decide where in Engelberg they would like to spend more time. Of course, we also offer other tours that are accompanied throughout, perhaps you would like to give priority to such a tour next time.
