The whole tour was excellent, very professional , on time and was a mind of useful information . I would highly recommend this tour
Only me and my husband went on this tour at that day. When we arrived inside the Elche museum both of us went to the toilet, the tour operator did wait until I came back he already started his tour speaking. What kind of manner he has? I paid for this trip, he treat me like thin air not existing at all. Be honestly the awful a lot of timing he spend in there wasn’t necessary. The museum pretty lay out very well and has different language to choose. On the way to Santa pola the tour operator car broke down so half of trip had to be abandoned , I got €28 refund, not happy about that raise a complaint to Viator, no result. This operator is not a honest man at all, he was living at every turn.
Honestly I can not understand your complaint. We have an accident cause a engine problem, I solve the situation during a stopover in a local bar and in less than 30' we where restarting the rest of the tour in an other vehicle. we just missed the road across the cap due to the timing. I never stop giving you information about the area. at the arrival we agree to refund you a 20%. seriously you forgot that? I refund the amount agrred at the next 20'. one hour later you claim to viator trying to get a bigger refund. about the starting exoaining in the museum, sorry I was talking with your husband. when you are in a private tour you are allowed to ask me as many times you want and your partner did it. Shall I Know how are going things between a couple? Anyway I never ofense your honor and I have been polite always, your comentary is an offense. sorry aagin I do this tours to make happy ou visitors and let them discor¡ver some corners interesting in the area. If you weren't look for that sorry again.
Ivan was a brilliant tour guide - very knowledgeable, great communication skills and friendly. We had a great day in Elche and Santa Pola.
